This is an automatic egg tray production line with dryer. Dryer type is optional for brick dryer type, metallic dryer type.
Main sections of the paper egg tray machine production line:
1. pulping system: including the hydrapulper, vibrating screen, water pump, pulp pump, mixer with knife, etc..to make the wastepaper into paper pulp.
2. forming system: including the molding machine, molds, vacuum pumps, air compressor and electrical controller to make the pulp into wet trays.
